The Panthers won their second of back-to-back weekend games last night, scoring six goals on the Toronto Patriots, including two empty-net goals in the final two minutes of play. Blake Wright led the way with three goals, giving him seven on the season, with singles going to Joey Zhang (9), Kieran Litterick (1), and Quinn Binnie (9). The play on both sides was aggressive and quick, keeping fans on the edge of their seats throughout the game. The game got a bit heated midway through the second as fighting majors were handed out with Pickering holding a 4-3 lead.

The Panthers have an important pair of home games this coming weekend, hosting the Markham Royals on Friday, Nov. 22, and then the Muskies on Sunday night, Nov. 24, both games at 7:30 pm.
