Friday, November 28 – Stouffville 5, Pickering 0
The Panthers were outshot 39–16 over the first two periods by the conference-leading Stouffville Spirit but managed to keep the game scoreless until the 12-minute mark of the second thanks to the superb play of Anthony Sciere. Stouffville scored twice before the intermission for a 2–0 lead, then put the game out of reach with three goals in the first five minutes of the third period, handing Pickering a 5–0 defeat.
Saturday, November 29 – Pickering 4, Aurora 0
The Panthers responded with a shutout of their own, as Jonathan Cirone opened the scoring with a first-period power-play marker. The 1–0 lead held deep into the third thanks to a brilliant performance from Daniel Giusti, who turned aside multiple high-danger opportunities, including two breakaways.
Pickering finally broke through offensively in the final frame, with goals from Peter Smith and Matt Indovina, followed by an empty-netter from Devon Ferroni. Giusti stopped all 25 shots he faced for his first OJHL shutout and eighth win of the season.
Sunday, November 30 – Pickering 7, Markham 5
Playing their third game in three nights, the Panthers showed resilience in a wild, high-scoring matchup. Jake Mallory provided the early spark, scoring his sixth and seventh goals of the season for a 2–0 lead before Markham cut the deficit to 2–1 at the break.
AP call-up Dylan Waduck scored his first OJHL goal early in the second, and after Markham narrowed the gap, Matt Indovina restored the two-goal cushion to make it 4–2. However, defensive miscues and a string of penalties proved costly, as Markham scored three consecutive power-play goals to take a 5–4 lead into the intermission — with four of their five goals coming on the man advantage.
The Panthers dug deep in the third. Indovina scored his 13th of the season on a determined solo effort, and Peter Smith followed with another individual drive to the net to give Pickering a 6–5 lead. Kyle Kavc sealed the win with an empty-net tally in the final minute.
Indovina continues his strong start with Pickering, now totaling six goals and four assists in eight games. With the victory, the Panthers sit fourth in the East Division — two points behind Trenton and five ahead of Haliburton.
