Pickering Panthers Gear Up for Home Opener and Pre-Season Action
With the 2024-2025 season fast approaching, the Pickering Panthers are gearing up for their home opener on Friday, September 6th.
Training camp kicked off last Monday, with the team in the final stages of selecting their opening day roster. This season’s lineup features a mix of returning players and a significant number of new faces, all eager to make their mark. Head Coach Rob Pearson, along with returning coaches Mitch Binnie and Paul Wilkins, have been hard at work preparing the team for the challenges ahead.
In preparation for the regular season, the Panthers have a series of exhibition games scheduled that will provide valuable opportunities for player evaluation and team cohesion.

- August 25th, 7:30 PM: vs. Cobourg Cougars (in Cobourg)
- August 29th, 4:30 PM: vs. Cobourg Cougars (at Chestnut Hill Developments Complex, Pickering)
- September 1st, 1:30 PM: vs. Stouffville Spirit (at Chestnut Hill Developments Complex, Pickering)
Home Opener:
- September 6th, 7:30 PM: Pickering Panthers vs. Toronto Junior Canadiens (at Chestnut Hill Developments Complex, Pickering)
