The Pickering Panthers paused before puck drop on their final regular season home game to recognize six graduating players whose junior careers are drawing to a close.
In a ceremony held at center ice, families joined the players along the carpet as the organization celebrated their accomplishments in the Ontario Junior Hockey League. Each graduate, alongside his family, received a commemorative plaque prior to the game presented by General Manager Sean Meyers and Head Coach Connor Armour.
Junior hockey is built on commitment, and Friday night’s ceremony recognized both the players and the families who supported them through years of early mornings, long drives, and countless practices.
