The Pickering Panthers Junior Skate Program offers young hockey players a unique opportunity to be part of the game day experience with their hometown Junior A team! This exciting initiative is designed to inspire, engage, and connect with the future stars of hockey while strengthening our ties to the local hockey community.
What’s Involved?
- Pre-Game Skate: Your team will take the ice with the Pickering Panthers players during pre-game warmups.
- On-Ice Player Introductions: Each participating player will be introduced alongside a Panthers player during the starting lineup announcements.
- Locker Room Visit: An exclusive chance to visit the Panthers locker room pre-game to meet players and coaches, ask questions, and hear an inspirational message.
- Junior Spotlight: Your team will be recognized on the Panthers’ social media channels and in the arena during the game.
- Group Tickets Package: Special discounted tickets for your team members, families, and friends to enjoy the game together.
How to Participate
- Open to local minor hockey teams (all age groups welcome).
- Teams must register at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.
- A minimum number of participants may apply for certain activities (e.g., locker room visit).
